Employee Assistance Program Clinical Staff

Jennifer Faries, MA, MBA, DHA, LPC, PMP
Director of Behavioral Health, EAP, and Health Equity

Jennifer joined the CommunityCare team in 2022 as the Senior Manager of Health Equity and now serves as Director of the EAP and Behavioral Health teams. Jennifer has a Masters in Clinical Psychology and is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). She also holds a Masters in Business Administration and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. In addition, Jennifer holds a Doctorate in Healthcare Administration. With over 25 years of experience across both clinical and business environments, she brings a unique blend of operational leadership and clinical expertise. Her work is grounded in a commitment to excellence and a deep appreciation for the dedication of the EAP team she leads.

Terry L. Stover, MS, LBP, CEAP, MAC, SAP
Senior Manager of EAP

Terry joined the CommunityCare EAP staff in 1995 and now manages the EAP department. He is a State of Oklahoma Licensed Behavioral Practitioner (LBP) and is a Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP). Terry also has a Masters of Addiction Counseling (MAC). Terry's 35 years of clinical experience in assessment and treatment qualifies him as a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) under federal government guidelines. He has also worked with the International Association of Trauma Counselors Association and with the American Red Cross as a Disaster Mental Health Specialist. Terry has extensive experience with CISM’s (critical incident stress management) and CISD's (critical incident stress debriefing) throughout Oklahoma and in the surrounding areas. This includes assisting employees and their families in the wake of natural disasters and company crisis situations.

Steve Stewart, LPC, LADC, ICAADC, SAP
EAP Counselor

Steve is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC), & and an Internationally Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (ICAADC) as well as a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP). He joined Community Care EAP in December 2010, bringing with him over 25 years of experience in the substance abuse & behavioral health fields. Throughout his career, Steve has worked across a variety of clinical and organizational settings, offering assessment, counseling, consultation, supervision & training services.

Sarajane Senger, MHR, LPC, CEAP
EAP Counselor

Sarajane joined CommunityCare EAP in 2014, bringing with her a diverse background in mental health care, including experience in clinical settings, hospice, private practice, and educational environments. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and holds a Master’s Degree in Human Relations. She is committed to the EAP model, which emphasizes supporting individuals through life transitions, stress, and grief while collaboratively exploring effective solutions. Sarajane is a Certified Clinical Telemental Health Provider (CTMH), offers services via secure video or phone to ensure clients have convenient and accessible care.

Renee Avery, MS, LPC
EAP Counselor

Renee joined Community Care EAP in 2017. She holds a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology and is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). Renee has worked in a variety of settings including inpatient and outpatient medical sites and private practice. Her areas of specialty include anxiety, trauma, compassion fatigue, emotional regulation, substance/process addictions, codependency, adjustment to chronic medical conditions, and grief and loss. Renee has a health sciences background and is a former educator.

Laurie J. Ormerod, MA, LPC-S
EAP Counselor

Laurie is a native New Yorker who has worked in Oklahoma for over 14 years. Laurie holds a Master of Arts in Counseling and in Practical Theology from Nyack College and Oral Roberts University, respectively. Laurie is a recent graduate of Regent University with a Doctorate of Ministry. Before coming to EAP in 2022, Laurie utilized Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, play therapy, and person-centered treatment with her clients. In her current role, Laurie has added Brief Solution Therapy techniques to her repertoire. Laurie has worked with adults, couples, children, and families in community mental health, hospital, and church-based settings. She utilizes her experience in crisis management and her critical thinking skills to assess and refer clients who call with immediate acute care needs. Laurie treats every client with compassion, respect, and dignity.

Employee Administrative Staff

Amy Maner
EAP Account Manager

Amy joined the EAP staff in 2010. Her undergraduate degree is in English Education, and she is currently pursuing a master’s degree. Amy has nearly 3 decades of administrative experience, most of this in a mental health setting. As the EAP Account Manager, she serves as the primary point of contact for most companies in addition to covering account services, quoting and proposals, customer implementation, training coordination and webinar moderation, and other company engagement efforts.

Samantha Moss
EAP Administrative Assistant

Samantha joined the EAP staff in 2020 and is a highly organized and efficient administrative assistant with many years of experience in managing projects and initiatives. She has a proven record of increasing productivity and reducing errors. Sam is skilled at providing high-level administrative support and contributing to overall company performance. She is the contact for billing questions, utilization report requests, and company updates.

Jami ChamBon
EAP Clerical Support Specialist

Jami joined the EAP staff in 2023 and is an organized and detail-oriented clerical support specialist with a strong record of providing efficient administrative support. Her skills in data entry, filing, communication, and scheduling allow for the smooth functioning of our EAP and in her previous offices. Jami is the first contact when someone calls the EAP asking for assistance or an appointment.
