Terry L. Stover, MS, LBP, CEAP, MAC, SAP
Senior Manager of EAP

Terry joined the CommunityCare EAP staff in 1995 and now manages both the EAP and Managed Care departments. He is a State of Oklahoma Licensed Behavioral Practitioner (LBP) and, in addition to being a Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP), has a Masters of Addiction Counseling (MAC). Terry's clinical experience in assessment and treatment qualify him as a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) under federal government guidelines. He is also affiliated with the International Association of Trauma Counselors Association and is certified as a Disaster Mental Health Specialist by the American Red Cross. Terry has extensive experience with CISD's throughout the state including assisting employees and their families in the wake of natural disasters.

Steve Stewart, LPC, LADC, ICAADC, SAP, CEAP
EAP Supervisor

Steve joined CommunityCare EAP in December 2010, having worked in the substance abuse and mental health fields for 27 years. He is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC), & and Internationally Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (ICAADC). Steve specializes in working with substance abuse and co-occurring disorders. Steve has worked with the Tulsa County Court system to provide assessments, training and counselor supervision through the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health & Substance Abuse Services (ODMHSAS).

Sarajane Senger, MHR, LPC, CEAP
EAP Counselor

Sarajane joined CommunityCare EAP in 2014. She has a variety of professional experiences including community mental health, hospice, and private practice. Sarajane is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP), and has a Master’s Degree in Human Relations from The University of Oklahoma. She provides telehealth services (video and phone session) for CCEAP and is a Certified Clinical Telemental Health Provider (CTMH), and has certifications in Clinical Anxiety Treatment (CCATP) and Addictions-Informed Professional (CAIMHP).

Renee Avery, MS, LPC, CCATP
EAP Counselor

Renee joined Community Care EAP in 2017. She has experience working with clients in a variety of settings including outpatient medical clinics, inpatient oncology hospitals, and private practice. Renee holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and is a Licensed Professional Counselor. Her areas of expertise include adjustment to chronic medical conditions, end-of-life issues, grief and loss, anxiety disorders, divorce recovery, substance abuse, and relationship issues.

Tom Sanders, MA, LPC, CEAP
EAP Counselor

Tom joined CommunityCare EAP in February 2019, having worked in both the mental health and pastoral counseling fields for over 30+ years. Tom has experience working with clients in a variety of settings including residential programs, community agencies, private practice, and faith based counseling centers. He has served as a counseling director, trainer, and direct care provider. Tom holds a Master's degree in Counseling and is a Licensed Professional Counselor. His areas of expertise include anger management, anxiety disorders and depression, relationship issues, couple counseling, spiritual issues, substance abuse, and career development/work related issues.

Laurie J. Ormerod, MA, LPC-S
EAP Counselor

Laurie is a native New Yorker who has worked in Oklahoma for over a decade. Laurie holds a Master of Arts in Counseling and in Practical Theology from Nyack College and Oral Roberts University, respectively.Laurie holds several degrees: a Master’s of Arts in Counseling from Nyack College, a Master’s in Practical Theology from Oral Roberts University, and is a recent graduate of Regent University with a Doctorate of Ministry. Laurie has also worked with children, adults, couples and families in both community mental health and church-based settings.

Before coming to EAP in 2022, Laurie utilized Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, play therapy, and person-centered treatment. In her current role Laurie has added Brief Solution Therapy techniques to her repertoire. Laurie also utilizes her experience in crisis management and critical thinking skills to assist clients who call with immediate acute care needs.

In her free time Laurie enjoys writing, singing, hiking, family and church.

Amy Maner
EAP Account Coordinator

Amy joined the EAP staff in 2010. She has a B.S. in English and has over two decades of administrative experience. Amy covers accounts services and coordination, quoting and proposals, customer implementation, training coordination, and more.

Samantha Moss
EAP Receptionist

Samantha brings a lot of experience in customer service and professionalism vital in her connecting with EAP companies and their employees. She is the first contact when someone calls the EAP asking for assistance or an appointment.
